Great sound with slippage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had every pair of Samsung Buds that have been out in the US market. While these have the best audio quality that I've heard so far, they don't stay in my ears very well. Even the older Samsung Buds Live (with the bean design which nobody liked) stayed in my ears longer than these.
The bass is super impressive however and I find myself using these more and more because of the ease of use in switching between my multiple systems (phone, tablet, laptop, handheld gaming computer and desktop computer). I've tried the various tip sizes that these come with, and they still slip out of my ears for some reason.

Buds pro 2 review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good buds, but the wear out too quick and are too sensitive to water. Mine slowly doed afger about a year and got just a coulle drips of water and then would charge anymore. Many manufacturers have water resostant buds now so hope they get improved upon. Also they fallout a lot if youre innthe gym working out. Ended up having to get bids that can stay in my ear

While these earbuds do have an IP rating of IPX7 and can withstand being placed in up to 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes, however if you are using them for exercise or they are exposed to anything other than fresh water we do recommend ensuring they are clean and dry prior to being placed back in the charging case. A Good Buy, Especially Refurb'd

ANC and the noise passthrough modes work great; battery life, even on a years old pair, is still impressive and adequate, especially with a charged case. The noise sounds tinny when ANC or passthrough is off. But otherwise sound quality is good. Some raise concerns with how easily the case gets scratched, but I really have never cared about that. Oh yeah, the initial ear tips kept falling out for me. Had to put on some aftermarket silicone tips.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my buds. I lost them at the beginning of winter at the end of last year in the parking lot of my work. When the snow started melting i would check the parking lot every day. Then one day I found them where a snow bank was in a puddle. I dried them out and put them in and to my surprise they still work awesome. No issues at all. I use my buds every day especially while I'm at work to answer calls, get notifications about emails and texts. When I ask Galaxy Ai a question I get the answer in my buds so it doesn't disturb anyone else in my office. I will NEVER use any other brand of phone or buds. I Love all my Samsung devices.

Amazing sound quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the sound quality of the Galaxy Buds2 pro. They are by far the best buds I've ever owned. The difference between the noise canceling and ambient noise is very distinct and function exactly as expected. I live in a big city, and walk everywhere, and it's great to be able to hear the traffic in the backround without being too intrusive. But when I want to block out the noise they are very effective as well.
My only criticism is that the rubber ear guides are too small for me. It would be nice if they made one just a size bigger.
