Great but not perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these to fill a gap in my headphone lineup, and I am pretty happy with the purchase. For one, they are simple to pair, and because I paired them to my S23 Ultra, they showed up as soon as the case flipped open. This is a valuable thing for many people. Not everyone has the skills or knowledge to use multipoint or multiple devices on Bluetooth.
The buds have several cool features available in the app. They have head tracking, 360-degree sound, and more. The newer buds use Samsung Galaxy AI to help perform cool things like simple translation if someone speaks to you - it will read out loud to you, so you don't even have to type it up or hand phones back and forth. If you like Galaxy AI then wait for the arrival of the buds gen 3.
Overall I think these are worth the price. The only thing I disliked is that only silicone tips come installed with other sizes in the box. Over time, silicone tips make me itch and they irritate my ear canal. I have to stop using them after 90-120 minutes, but that's OK; I can put tips that I like on these. (note my tips work and sound superior (foam), but the pogo pins don't make contact by about 1mm and won't charge so they have to go back off and placed in their own case while the buds recharge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Totally awesome, noise cancellation is what makes it different from other brands, i am a totally fan of samsung, i have 2 samsung smart phones invluding s23 ultra. The buds are compatible with all of my devices, the sound quality is too good.

The best earbuds I've ever used

The sound is amazing and the noise cancelation makes them perfect for using when mowing the lawn or on public transportation etc. They are so comfortable and the ability to pause by tapping is so convenient. I also love how amazing the new Galaxy AI features integrate with these without the need to upgrade (although I do plan to upgrade in the future because it can only get better from here!) Samsung has been my favorite mobile brand for over a decade and continue to make stellar products. Well done!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall very near perfect earbuds for daily regular use. Starting with the sound quality, I felt as if they were pretty good. The only negative I would say is the base [even after changing the sound settings] is not to my standard. But this is more of a personal preference. The battery life is fine as long as your using one earbud at a time. Letting them recharge between the use of each. Definitely industry standard in terms of batter life. The touch controls are pretty good even with nylon gloves on. Plus the added benefit of being able to control what the tap controls can do in the samsung app is very convenient. For gym use or any sort of exercise/ movement use. Honestly if it's just walking or anything that involved light movement, these work perfectly. Would not recommend for vigorous workouts or movements. The budspro2 tend move around due to falling out of the ear. The user will have to continuously adjust the earbud to keep it in. I would add in the shower these buds work perfect. No issues with water from a normal showerhead at all. I would recommend these buds to anyone who is in the market for a low profile daily use earbud. As for on the phone, these noise canceling worked great no issues there I would say they are at or above industry standard. People on the other end of calls said they could hear me just fine. And not much background noise if any, even in a loud work environment.
