Fantastic sound!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded to these a few months back, and they sound great! I wear these all day at work to listen to music and podcasts while at the office. The sound is crisp and clear with a surprising amount of bass. I love them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] these earbuds sound great, very full and clear with decent bass. only complaint i have is, mine are the bora purple color, and the clear coat of rubber-type material chips off of both the case and earbuds themselves pretty easily if you don't use a cover/case. not sure if these are compatible with the new Galaxy AI features. overall, i'm not thinking of upgrading from these until they stop working. great earbuds, they're super pretty, and they fit my ears comfortably!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have both the buds 2 and 3 pro... i keep my buds 2 at work and 3 at home. I've had these for a couple years now and the sound still sounds amazing. I love the shape... they're super comfy. I listen to music and podcasts at work all day, probably way more than I should, and so these buds have probably seen like a thousand hours of use, if not more, and they're still going strong!

I use this for audio and movie playing on my Samsung galaxy note20 and it's base sound better than my surround sound system at home. Can't go wrong with these products

Great earbuds with sub-par lifespan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung earbuds have always been great for me, but have a short lifespan. I've been through the original Galaxy Buds, the Buds2, and now the Buds2 Pro. It's been clear to me that all of these earbuds have been stellar in every regard, from fit to sound quality. However, they all have one problem in common: quality control. I've always had one earbud go out or be of lower volume. Sure, Samsung allows for left/right balance in the app, but it doesn't take away from the fact that I had to get my left earbud on these replaced 2 times, and after the second time I realized my right earbud was starting to go out. It's not a great experience. However, it's not a dealbreaker. The replacement process is easy and the earbuds themselves are very good. Overall I would recommend, and with the Buds3 Pro releasing soon, I have my hopes up for the future of Samsung's earbuds.
