The Best Buds yet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Buds Pro 2 is the best buds I have had yet. I have had the original buds, Bids Live, and Buds Pro. The Buds Pro 2 is the the beat of all of them. The sound is phenomenal and the mic sounds crystal clear.

This device is so amazing it keeps me coming back again and again thank you Samsung! And when I use Galaxy AI for live translation it's so amazing to have nothing stopping me from talking to everyone I meet. Removing the language barrier is an amazing step

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones have worked the best that I have ever had for in-ear headphones. I had to get memory phone ear tips and that would be my only complaint. The battery life on the case and the headphones are amazing. The surround and noise cancelation is perfect. The ambient audio could be a little bit better when it comes to listening to other things around me when I have music playing. But I am able to fix that by turning the music down just a little bit. The call audio coming from the headphones is great. People are able to hear me. While these things are sitting in my ears, people are able to listen to me directly when I have some noises going on around me. So I has great noise cancelation as well During calls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The audio quality is fantastic and crisp. The charge lasts a long time and comes with two different sized Buds. Noise canceling is solid. My personal issue is I have larger ear canals so even the larger ear bud constantly falls out unless I'm wearing a hat or something to prop them in. If I don't, they either constantly fall out or I have to push them back in. A large portion of the time, that results in accidentally activating feature like the aforementioned noise canceling. Then I have to take them out and play with them to reconfigure them. I wouldn't dare use them jogging or on a treadmill since they'd just continuously fall out.
That said, when they do work, they're clear as day and wonderful compared to their competitors.

So good and comfortable, I bought a second pair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My co-workers think I have a problem because I buy buds when they don't think there's a need to, but buds/sound are very much reputation based. I have over 16 earbuds and headphones from various manufacturers, all have their unique features (work under water when swimming, ear hooks for listening while eating, over ear for loud environments). A few of them are another major brand that starts with the letter B and has 4 letters. I can tell you that I enjoy these buds the best. They are the most comfortable, I like that the amplification and suppression works with only one bud, and connecting from one device to another is seamless. The base is the best of my buds, and for first time users will bring a smile to your face. I had the original Buds Pro, and I can tell you you won't be disappointed if you upgrade.
