Lowest volume ear buds I've ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro 2, for my birthday hoping they'd be my new go-to for tunes and calls. But I wasn't super impressed
Let's talk fit first. I thought these buds would be comfy for hours, but after about an hour, my ears were sore. The design might look cool, but it's not so great for long wear.
Then there's the volume. Even at max, they just don't pump out the sound like I expected. It's frustrating not being able to blast my music or hear my movies properly.
On the plus side, the sound itself is okay. It's clear enough, and the bass is alright, but without the volume, it's kinda disappointing.
Battery life is decent, though. They'll last a good while on a single charge, and the fast charging is handy for quick top-ups.
Overall, the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro 2 didn't live up to the hype for me. Between the uncomfortable fit and disappointing volume.
If you're looking for earbuds that are loud. These unfortunately aren't them.

Great sound quality

Best earbuds for galaxy devices

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The galaxy buds 2 pro are the best earbuds you can get for a galaxy device. The seamless set up and connection is absolutely amazing and the pop ups you get that show the battery is very useful. The galaxy wearable app is a must have because it allows you to create custom settings for your buds when you press and hold either one. The wear app also allows you to switch between active noise canceling and ambient sound and even let's you turn off touch controls. Being able to turn off touch controls has been an amazing feature because I often fall asleep with my earbuds in and don't want to accidentally pause my music or skip ahead. The earbuds cone with many different eartips so you can find the right size and fit for you. When you put them in you can use a feature in the wear app that makes sure you have the best fit possible and when you do they aren't going anywhere. I've been on the treadmill running and have done a lot of high intensity workouts and not once have these things slipped out of year or fallen out. I recommend these to everyone I know that has a galaxy device as they're absolutely amazing.
