Galaxy Buds2 Pro are the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Galaxy Buds2 Pro almost all day.
I listen to music on my e-bike ride into work. While I'm at work I have a single Buds2 Pro in and on ambient sound it helps me hear the guest better in the busy lobby. Voice detect is a very useful feature because if I'm listen to music and someone is talking near me it turns down my music and I can hear what the employee or customer is asking. Overall Galaxy Buds 2 Pro are so far the best ear buds I've ever owned.

Excellent earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these during the pre-order and have noticed some definite improvements compared to the original Buds Pro, namely in ANC and call quality. The fit is much better and the audio sounds a bit fuller. Though one thing I got them for was the advertised ability to use the find my device feature and have it play a sound even while in the case, and while it seems to be advertised in the smartthings app, it doesn't seem to work.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bluetooth doesn't work - Can't connect

It is really insane how hard is to reconnect this device to a Samsung phone. Just really poor engineering is involved. Shame for Samsung anyway.

Random disconnects

They recently updated these earbuds but now they disconnect automatically waaaay too often. Check for updates after 3/18/24 before you buy these just so you can see if they fixed the issue or not.

Not worth it. They don't have different bud size for the cushion, it keep falling out my ear. Nor do they make replacements if you lose a bud, you have to buy another pair. Samsung care doesn't cover you.

We do include additional ear tips with the device in a small cardboard box in the original packaging placed in the same place as the charging cable. If you do happen to have a bud fall out and have trouble immediately locating it, you can also use the Samsung Wearables App to use the "Find My Buds" feature that will have the bud chirp to help you locate it with ease. This feature can be used so long as you are in range of the bud and it has battery to connect. They will fall if I move or talk

i love the feel, color, design, sound quality, but they didn't come with wingtips such as buds plus so as a result they keep falling every time i talk or chew food so basically i should not move my head and jaw.

Extreme bad luck I guess

i got 3 pairs in a row with battery problem. all of them can only last 3 hours or so with anc on and only last 4 hours or so play time with anc off. 3 in a row!!!!

Falls out quickly

I bought these looks nice, great sound only problem is they fall out of my ears more than my previous Galaxy Buds live. I tired to ensure its properly fitted using the app but I can't run with these, they just fall out of my ears. My previous buds probably fell out like two times in 2 yrs i had it but the Buds pro 2 has already fell out about 20 times and only bought it in August 2022......I need back my Buds live plz
