Love ma' buds!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my buds while working all day long. They stay strong for over five hours and when they start beeping warning me they're getting low, I charge one while the other stays on.
I then alternate them one after the other a d this buys me over 15 hours of listening time.
They're phenomenal when I fly, because I never run out of juice.
I love them coz they're excellent and a game changer!!
Galaxy AI can't touch this!!

best earbuds ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the noise cancelling option as well as when it's not on because you can hear around you and still listen to your music. I also like the fact that you can tap or cover your ear to switch songs or start and stop the music. They have interchangeable buds so they actually fit my little ears. I also like how you charge the case they sit in so when you're not wearing them, it recharges them. I also love how your phone app tells you what level charge percentage each individual bud is at as well as the case itself.

Loud call background noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am extremely disappointed in the call quality. People I talk to say the background noises are amplified over my voice. I've tried every adjustment I've found on the forums and the worst part is this seems to be a known issue by Samsung and they're ignoring it. This is not how ear buds should work.

These earbuds are amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy the quality, the surround sound, the ease to use with the Samsung Wearble app. I enjoy that they can be easily pinged. However, I feel like two small things could improve them. The first one is the ability to ping the actual box itself if someone's Bluetooth is on. The second would be to make athletic grip rubber holders to be bought for them so they earphones can be more safely held when exercising. These are only drastic improvements, but the device overall is better than any earphones I've ever had!
