The sounds is good but odd shape

Fit is not the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy the large functionality of the Buds Pro2, but the main issue I have is the fit of the Buds. It is very hard to create a good fit and seal, and even when I do get a good fit, it does not stay in place and quickly moves out of position. It would have been nice to have wingtips that could help keep the Buds in place.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had almost every single samsung galaxy buds and these are for sure my favorite! The Sound quality is unreal and super crisp with nice bass. The galaxy wearable app also let's you customize the sound and settings of your buds. The battery life is amazing too, there's been times where I accidentally sleep with them and when I wake up they are still charged. Also the case only needs to be charged once a day for me. Overall, my favorite release from Samsung :) Forgot to mention the new AI features are super good and that's only the beginning of it. Can't wait for more features

Good but not Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After purchasing my new S24 Ultra, I decided to also purchase these buds. The Samsung Buds Pro 2 are very well made with a small compact size and smooth materials.
They are pretty simple to connect to a Samsung device, however, they are somewhat difficult to use the controls. The noise cancelling is good but not great. I own Bose earbuds and their ANC is much better. Overall not bad especially if you find them on sale.
I recently received an AI update, I don't know what it actually does.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These buds are definitely next level! The noise canceling works great on the plane as well as around the house vacuuming or mowing the lawn. I have used them for countless hours with audiobooks and music. Great pass-through when the noise canceling is off. Anytime I have misplaced them in the couch the feature to find them worked like a charm.
