[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Automatic music volume low when talking and resuming after a while is a phenomenal feature of the buds 2 pro. They are light in weight and comfortable to wear all day long. Sometimes I forget that I am wearing these and can enjoy my favorite music all day long.

Great product occasionally cuts out

The only issue I have is occasionally they like to lower volume and I have to place them back in case and re connect. They also like to disconnect while in use on calls and I have to manually reconnect to my phone in device controls.

This product has amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the Galaxy buds for everything, they sound very good, almost real, as if you were at a live music concert or with the person at the real time. I love it, it's the second generation of Buds I've bought. The battery lasts longer than I thought. I still have the first buds that I bought 4 years ago and even though they are old and have been in the washer and dryer they still work very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The buds pro needs tinkering to get the sound nice. The sound is good overall with some personal adjustments, and they improved the fit over the previous generation however it still isn't as good as the original buds with the wing tips. The galaxy buds are less simple to use than airpods and unfortunately seem to focus on fashion over function for some aspects. Its a solid headphones and it has some good battery life, which earns it a 4 star rating from me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this product everyday and really love the audio because is simply the beast in every single way, calls are amazing and the bass is incredible.
The battery is what every person ask when you know is gonna be used for more than 5 hours work and this buds has enough juice to keep and keep playing for long time .
Connectivity is the best, as soon you take them out of the charging case it pops up ready to listen...is just amazing.
Transparent mode is my favorite, specially when I have to be aware in my bike .is just incredible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I appreciate the Buds Pro 2 for his excellent ANC, especially at low frequencies, and I find them to be a good companion for Samsung phone users due to the seamless device integration. The earbuds offer a good level of touch sensitivity and are IPX7 water-resistant.

Longevity isn't what was expected
