Great sound, poor material for case

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how the bids have a great sound quality but I do experience them turning in my ear and almost falling out. On top of that the case gets so scratched up from the soft material it was used with. I'd like for them to go back to plastic cases.

Love the quality of the sound! Is you have any problems, make sure the track quality you're listening to is good.
If Samsung add Galaxy AI to these airbuds, that would be awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these on a big discount when I ordered my s23 ultra phone. They are worth that price for sure. Pairing is super simple with my phone and even with my pixel tablet. Sound is great using them with my Amazon music. I used them the other day when mowing the lawn with my battery mower and I was surprised I didn't even have to turn them up louder. The noise canceling worked great. I took one star of because after recent update there have been some connection issues. It's not enough to bother me ( has only happened twice so far). I also think they should have a better app to control them. I have an anker over the ear set and I liked the app for those better.
