They are okay, I have used better...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality is great, no crackling or distortions. For the price though, I have had better. They are an awkward shape for my ear and constantly fall out which is VERY ANNOYING. When I push them back in, it always pauses my music/stream causing me to have to do the action again which is again, annoying. I also don't like that they seem to suction into my ear when readjusting them causing a muffled sort of sound experience, almost like I am under water. Overall, they are just okay for me, I could take them or leave them.

Goodluck if lost

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the earbuds pro2 for about 2 years now and I will say that the most frustrating feature is its earbud finder when lost. Every time I dropped the earbuds in grass, it seemed to be lost in an abyss. I tried using the ring feature and it's a chirping sound. Good luck finding your earbuds when there are birds outside chirping as well. Also no matter if I heard it, it was still absolutely impossible to find. This has happened to me 3 times making me replace the lost earbud.
Otherwise, the product is great. The battery lasts most of my shift and it's very comfortable. The sound quality is superb, as well. I truly can't go anywhere without them.

Best earphones I've own!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seriously this earphones are so good, from the ANC to the potent bass, not to mention they are incredible comfortable to wear all day, I love them so much I bought a second pair that I use every single day!. Highly recommend to anyone on the fence about them.

Perfect buds for everyday use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my buds 2 pro for daily use in school with its anc to cancel out any background noise when trying to study and use its ambient to help hear clearly. The buds 2 pro are also a great workout buds as they secre in ears with little to no wiggle all while providing crisp audio.
Though the issue that is presented is the lack of customizable eq as many people out there love to have a taoliered sound experience which they are unable to revive from the buds2 pro which may result in the decline in buyers. But to amek up for this samung has partnered with AKG to provide crisp and clear audio that helps me hear the music the way way it meant to. Overall I love the buds 2 pro despite some issues such as lack of customization eq and sometimes quick batter drain.
