Love My Buds2 Pro

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are so cute and snuggly. And I love the fact that I can change out the ear piece and pick a smaller size. My ear canals are small so I need a small ear piece. And that's why I LOVE SAMSUNG!!

Great sound and noise cancelling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy the noise cancelling as well as the ambient sound features. The sound is also better than my older galaxy buds. I have to say my old pair are more comfortable the way they sit in my ears and these seem to fall out easier than my old ones (galaxy buds +).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love the sound of my Buds2 Pros. The noise cancelation also works very well. As someone that works in a noisy environment, my Bud2 pro are the only ones I have found that work well. They also have the battery life to work as long as I do. They are also quite comfortable compared to other buds.
The one fault is a very big one. They don't stay in my ears. I have tried everything! They fall out with little notice and I have already lost 2 sets. A remedy needs to be designed please.

Great High Quality Ear Buds!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Buds 2 Pro are a great upgrade, The Quality of the sounds it produces are unmatched! It has noise canceling features, or if you want to listen to your surroundings it has ambient sound features where you can listen yo your music loud but also listen to all your surroundings, or you can just have it regualar, it has options! We all love options.
The Buds also have removable rubber attachments which are really easy to clean and it prevents the actual bud from getting ear wax in it which is also great, lots of buds have the problem of getting ear wax stuck on the actual bud but no need to worry about that with these .
The buds also have a find my earbuds feature just in case you ever misplace them youll know the location. Or if you lose 1 bud you have an option for it to make a loud noise.
I highly recommend these earbuds! Ive had many different brand earbuds a f none compare to the quality of the buds2 pro!

Great features but tend to slide out of ear

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a work from home dad and I am always on the go wrangling two kids. My Galaxy buds 2 Pro are my go to every day headphones for ease of use and call clarity. I love that they are able to be wirelessly charged and when on the go I can use my power share from my Samsung Galaxy s23 Ultra to get a quick charge when needed. Making work calls is a breeze with these as they drown out background noise not only on my end with active noise cancelling but on the receiving end as well. This makes things like doing laundry and making lunches while talking great! The tap functions on the headphones are a great addition but can lead to some issues with unintentional hangups when adjusting the headphones that seem to slide out after a while of talking when on the move. This can be a little frustrating when I'm chasing my kids around and need to adjust the headphones when on a call. I understand that thickness is needed for the internal components but i would have liked to see less bulk near the buds and spread out a bit so that my ear doesn't push them out. Other than the fit these earbuds are great for any Samsung device whether it's mobile gaming, video calls, voice calls, passthrough ambient sound, and more. Still the best wireless buds I have tried but still lacks something to be desired in the fit.

Great sound. Tight fit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung buds2 pro have probably the best audio I've ever heard from bud headphones. The only reason I gave them a 4 star review instead of a 5 was due to the uncomfortable fit. Unfortunitly at least for me, the buds hurt my ears no matter what size rubber cover I use to fit them.
