Great ear buds with features that are great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the buds2 pro! The features of searching and locating a missing ear bud is probably my favorite! Noise canceling to where you hear hardly anything. I love the feature that when you speak it shuts of the noise cancelation for you. They have a long lasting battery and charge easily and quick. By far my favorite and I've tried many over the years.

Sound goes out after 2 months of use.

I play music with alot of bass. The sound on the right earbud has become degraded. This is my 2nd pair of buds2 pro with the same problem. My sound on my 1st pair of buds2 pro completely degraded in the right earbud, so I contacted Samsung Support and they sent me a new pair of buds2 pro. Now I have the same problem after 2 months of using the 2nd pair. the sound in the right ear is becoming degraded. It sounds like I only have the left earbud in. It's not earwax, water, or dirt. My earbuds are clean. This is a technical defect in the buds2 pro. I also had the same problem with the buds pro. The way they make these, the sound goes out in the right earbud after 2 months of use. Now I have to contact support again for a new pair. This is ridiculous. I will not buy the next version. Sick of Samsung making defective products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Skip this release. Bad design. Unstable.

Terrible. Bulky. Fall out all of the time and when not falling out, feels like they are about to fall out. Just not a good design. Inferior to prior versions. Take my advice, skip this one, let suckers like me eat the bad version and buy the next one, hopefully with improved design.

Buds2 Pro Best there is

Great surround sound

The noise canceling feature is tremendous for traveling. The surprise ambient mode even supplements my weak hearing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is great! Great quality and sound! The big ear plugs create great no canceling and ambient sound! Only problem I have is that noise canceling and ambient sound only work for both ears and not guess one ear at a time!
