The ANC works very well, even on airplanes it did a great job of cancelling it out.
They also don't hurt my ears after hours of use. Highly recommend them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these earbuds. I had the buds live which I enjoyed however the shape hurt my ears after a while. These never cause any pain and they stay put during my runs and workouts. If you are thinking about getting them, go ahead and do it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great sound quality. Really easy to pair with my phone, tablet, and computer. The battery life on the buds is pretty decent, several (2-4) hours of music and calls, the case charges its' battery quickly the buds take a little bit longer to reach full charge. The touch controls of the buds are very sensitive, constantly muting my music when trying to readjust them in my ears. Overall an improvement of the first iteration.

Out of the box, these earbuds impress with their sleek design and promise of an immersive audio experience. Indeed, they deliver on many fronts; the overall sound quality is commendable, striking a balance between crisp highs and deep lows. The noise cancellation feature is robust, effectively muting the clamor of the outside world, allowing users to get lost in their music or focus on their calls.
However, the journey to audio nirvana is not without its hurdles, primarily concerning the fit of the earbuds. Despite Samsung's efforts to accommodate various ear shapes and sizes by including multiple ear tips, achieving a secure and comfortable fit remains elusive for some, including myself. I have ventured beyond the provided options, experimenting with aftermarket foam tips, yet the struggle for a perfect fit persists. This constant need to readjust the earbuds not only detracts from the listening experience but also raises doubts about their suitability for active use or long listening sessions.
Moreover, the sound testing app's frequent assessments of a "poor fit" highlight a significant area for improvement. This feedback loop, intended to optimize sound quality, instead serves as a reminder of the earbuds' inability to adapt t
