Don't buy

Frequently looses sound in both ears. Sent it back to Samsung support 2 times. Both timrs they send it back workung perfectly, and within 2 weeks the same problem. 95% sound loss in both buds. They should issue a refund or free upgrade. These are total garbage.

Amazing changes to shape

I am so happy I upgrade from the Galaxy Buds Pro to the Buds2 Pro!! I loved my Buds Pro as far as sound, battery life, noise cancellation, etc. I loved everything about that but the way they fit, they had a tendency to make my ears very sore. I was so happy when I got the Buds2 Pro and put them in my ears and I could immediately tell how much better they fit. They are so much more comfy they were worth the upgrade for that alone!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very Disappointed with Performance

One of the features that moved me to buy the Buds 2 was the search and locate feature in case they are lost. I lost the right one yesterday while walking. I was hoping to find them using the locate feature but it failed miserably. I tried it several times and gave up realizing the feature does not perform as I expected. I love Samsung products and have been loyal to them. currently own a chrome book, tablet, phone, watch and ear buds all from Samsung. Based on losing and being unable to locate the right ear bad, i may be looking at the competition in the future and certainly will not replace the ear buds with samsung galaxy buds.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was not expecting the sound quality to be that magical. It's like your in a rave. Can't hardly feel the speakers there. It's just sound with amazing bass. I can't describe the feeling of it.

Look for other earbuds

For the price, worst ear buds I've ever had.. They do sound good. That's about it.
I've tried all ear pieces and they still fall out of my ears nonstop while I'm working, or working out.
I've had them a month-month and a half, and the left one doesn't charge half of the time. At a full charge they last maybe 4 hours just listening to podcasts.
Using the app, I have them set into noise canceling mode. They constantly just switch into ambient mode non stop. Very frustrating constant having to open the app to fix your settings over and over. The touch controls onlu work half of the time with Pandora and Spotify. Most of the time they end up bugging the apps out and I have to shut them and the app off and restart everything if I try to use the touch controls to pause them. I had the original galaxy buds for years and never had issues. I thought upgrading would be great and I was terribly wrong.

Great at first then Meh

I bought these almost a year ago and this is my first review of the product. I'll be honest, at first I was super excited and happy with the buds even though they would fall out of my ears no matter what size I tried. I mostly used them at home in bed to watch a show on my phone or while gaming on my PC so their falling out didn't bother me much. However, within a few weeks, the sound became very static-like and was cutting in and out regardless of what they were connected to. I had attempted to see if an update was needed but to no avail. In the end, I felt like I had wasted my money but I am a hermit and can't handle people too well so I never got them replaced. I just bought something else instead, It sucks because I usually love Samsung products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
