Great sound quality, poor physical quality

Great sound, not great fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the regular version of these and got the Pro with my new phone. There is something about these that make them not stay in a well as the other version. I've tried all the different sizes ends, squishy ones, non squishy, nothing works. The sounds is great. Love the nose canceling and ambient features.

Buds 2 Pro, great audio.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used these buds for listening to Audio, never used them for Phone calls.
Sound quality : excellent
Noise cancelation : Good, still hear a little background noise.
Ambient noise : Poor, I have trouble hearing people talk.
Comfort : Poor, I tried all the 3 different inserts and after about a half hour my ears hurt a little. The big inserts are the most comfortable.

This product has great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sound quality is pretty solid, noise cancelation is great, and the fit is excellent. I use these for conference calls, listening to music, and watching videos.
So far they fit the bill for all my needs. Would recommend them to anyone with a Samsung device.

Pairing was as simple as getting the Buds close to my phone.

Small, lightweight, and great sound!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So this is my 3rd pair of Galaxy Buds but this time, I opted for the pro version. I must say I'm very happy with the product and the great sound they produce while I'm listening to music, watching a movie, or on a call with friends and family. It's like they're in the same room! I don't go anywhere without my ear buds, especially when I travel. They're light and compact and I don't have to fuss with any chords. They're the perfect companion to my Galaxy S23 Ultra and Galaxy Watch 4.

Great Sound But.....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the sound of these earbuds and the noise cancelation. I would give them 5 stars if I could just find a way to keep them in my ears. I've tried all of the ear tips that came with the buds and have even bought other tips. I even watched videos in how to wear them properly but nothing works. I'm not going to give up though.
