Best Ear buds I've used

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these ear buds everyday, whether I'm at school, at work, or even at home sometimes. They have high quality sound whenever I use them (primarily for music). Whenever I'm eating outside I put these on and put on a show or movie or just a video. I love using the ambient sound mode whenever I'm at work, as well as the voice detector. I dont have to pause my music to talk or to listen to someone and it feels like I'm not even wearing them. Whenever I'm studying at school, the active noise canceling works like charm. The battery also last me long enough to not even need to charge the buds themselves, and the case usually last me a week before having to recharge it. Im very happy with this product.

Great and Durable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had for a few years now and haven't noticed any change in battery life. I've dropped the case a few times and only had one bud pop out other times the case stayed closed. Battery life was unaffected. Haven't seen any scratches or dents. I use them for noise canceling at work and concerts or otherplacesi need to muffle the sounds a bit, playing music videos and occasionally a mobile game. Overall very good product.

Makes my life easier

I'm fully set up now and happy the new equipment. My first watch and ear buds. My ears are a bit sore at the end of the day but the sound is perfection.

Sound nice, but feel too loose

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They sound good. ANC and transparency mode work well. I wish you could adjust the transparency level as in buds+. They also feel like they are going to fall out, unlike the buds+. Also worse battery life. Im not impressed by the upgrade...

If you are looking for an adjustment to the ANC and ambient sound features, there is a third setting in between where you are not using either, you can still hear some of your surroundings but not as clearly as when using the ambient sound feature. With regards to the fit of your device, if you have already used the additional ear tips included with your device, we do have available foam conform ear tips to help with the security of your fit. Lastly, we have provided a link to the Samsung Support Team to help troubleshoot and ensure the battery life of your device is functioning as intended. The Galaxy Buds 2 Pro

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my galaxy buds 2 on long runs so I can listen to music and zone out. The noise canceling features are made apparent when running near busy roads, it completely silences vehicles even when playing music at a low volume. I enjoy how long the buds last before needing to charge them, a can go several days before my case has been completely drained of battery. The buds don't fall out and the sleek profile and easy touch controls make the buds my go to listening device.

Great audio overall, physical design needs work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shape of the ear buds is my main complaint, you need to figure out a way to allow the device to sit comfortably and firmly in all kinds of ears. Consider finding a way to allow a person's ear to breathe and not have make earwax build up from extended use.
Consider trying different material that holds better in the ear without slipping or falling out.
Consider adding exterior speakers to be used for locating lost ear buds when they fall out.
On a side note, bring back the outside sound volume to what it used to be with the original buds pro. The current levels sound slightly muffled when trying to hear what's happening around you.

I Love my Buds!
