These buds2 pro's are seriously the best!

Good sound and crisp mic for zoom calls

Love the little tabs that keep it in your ears

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds are great sounding with lots of cool features and the little lip that makes such a difference in keeping them in your ear is a must have! The only thing I would suggest an improvement on would be to improve the lost my bud feature because I now have 3 pairs of only 1 bud because they are so hard to find.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I think samsung really did a great job with the buds 2 pro. Two thinks bother me. One being there not lanyard hole like is competitor. The buds case feels great and biuld tough but unfortunately I have to resort to some kind of case to be able to tether them to something. My other short coming was the the ambient mode. Sometimes it sounds tinie/robotic even when messing with the EQ

Best pair of buds Samsung has ever made

They stay in your ears comfortably and the noise canceling is well done and surprisingly good compared to previous attempts. I love the test to verify if you're wearing them right, even though you can already tell for the most part when you have certain features enabled.
There is a gaming mode and you can turn the features on and off easily. These things are amazing for their size and battery life. 100% recommend and look forward to future pro models because of how great these are.

Great quality. Not the best fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quick highlights:The buds pro 2 have amazing sound quality. The noise canceling is superb. Bass and lows are fantastic.
The bad: My only problem with them just as with the old wired buds that used to come bundled with old galaxy phones is the fitting. They only come with one size in-ear bud size and while it is the medium size.is not perfect for all. I have had one or both come off my ears more than once. At the gym and while working.

The good:
As mentioned at the beginning, the sound quality is outstanding. You really get those bass and lows to shine.
The active noise canceling also is great. Never been impressed by that feature with other earbuds. This one's are remarcable.
Battery life is also pretty good. I went through a full shift of work with one charge. And I could still place them back in its case for a couple recharges if I wanted to.
The touch gestures work pretty good although I prefer not to use it. This is also a great feature. You can turn that off on the app with ease.

Great sound experience

I always take them without me on my morning and generally don't take them out as I go through my morning schedule knowing I won't miss any calls. I also like the noise blocking feature which is very apparent when on.

Great sound but fall out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my head phones use them almost every day but these head phones have been hard to get used to they won't stay in my ears. I've tried the different ear tips but no difference. They have great sound and I like the noise canceling. Only other thing is that they are having trouble connecting my galaxy watch 5.
