Expensive and disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these thinking that they would be best suited for my Samsung galaxy phone ...although the sound quality was good for music it wasn't any good for phone calls .People couldn't hear me or my voice sounded garbled and unintelligible I stuck by them and would always blame others for them not being able to hear me...it was my 2nd pair of buds pro and jus knew I was getting the best because I had spent good money on them and I trust the Samsung name.Although a bad experience with buds pro I still have faith in Samsung products and will continue to purchase when I need them.

If your Galaxy Buds, Galaxy Buds+, Galaxy Buds Live, Galaxy Buds Pro, or Gear IconX earbuds have no or low volume and poor sound quality on one or both buds, there may be a couple reasons why. You might be wearing the earbuds incorrectly, or the buds could have accumulated dust or debris. Additionally, the audio quality could be affected by outdated software, a low battery, and several other things. Almost Invisible with Suprr Awesome Sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this device in many ways. I am an educator both in person and E Learning. I do video conferences with my E Learners while in class with live students. These allow me the freedom to insert audio comments on student lessons and the privacy needed when talking to parents. Use these with Google meet. Outside of the work day I listo music. These are clear with excellent acoustics. I use them for hands free wireless cell phone calls. It is fantastically clear. I have very small ear holes and these fit perfectly. Most others constantly fall out. They are almost invisible which allows me to do many things without being noticed.

Great overall Buds

The controls for ambient noise and noise canceling are intuitive and easy to operate. I have several other top brand ear buds and these are by far and away the best I ha e ever owned

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these quite often. I like how I can keep them in my ears and adjust what I can hear externally based on my needs. With other buds the battery doesn't last as long but these last me all day off of o e charge. Highly recommend. Only issue is the case, which is more of a preference for me. It is kind of bulky.

Worst buds so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first tried them on the spare rubber ear buds did not match my ear size so the kept falling out and 2 the long I kept them in I got a ear infection that made my ear bleed out puss worst ear buds ever
