Great earbuds, massive improvement over last gen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used for for work and listening to music, great for the ANC as I work in warehouses and a dealership so always have a ton of loud noises around me. The audio quality is crisp, the 360° audio is always good. Worked really well for calls in those loud environments, everyone was still able to hear me clearly and it barely picked up the background noise. Probably the best feature on them is how well the find my device works for them. I'm forgetful and left them laying around a lot but this feature helped me keep track of them and find them all the time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I basically use my buds all day while working out, at work and also use them to go to sleep playing some relaxing music.
Noice canceling mode is lite I love how I can't hear anything around other that just what I'm playing.
Battery runs a long way and charging is super fast.
I really enjoy all the features of them, the only thing I would like for them to have is being able to control the volume of media on the actual buds by touch.
Definitely worth the price, I'm not going back to cheap earbuds.

Highest quality of headphones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this Headphones Torch in the music to help calm down and really be able to feel a combined and with these headphones because of the 24 bit audio I can really feel the bass and the way it should sound thanks samsung for getting it right when others don't

Great sound quality, sub-par case design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I experience with the Galaxy Buds2 Pro has been amazing. The sound quality is fantastic and I love the customization within the wearables app. I wear my buds every day while commuting in a loud city, and the Active Noise Canceling ensures that I don't hear the loud engines of cars or dogs barking. The buds fit comfortably in my ears thanks to the different sized ear tips and never fall out.
My only issue with the product is the case. After a year of using the buds daily, the hinge of the case stopped snapping into place. Now, whenever I try to open the case, the lid either gets jammed and won't open, or the lid will just close with minimal force. If not for the broken hinge, I would have given this a 5 Star review.

Great product with a few hiccups

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For me the Buds2 Pro have been great. The build quality still feels as cheap as the previous versions, but it connects to my phone and watch, I can hear people with no problem, and the noise canceling and ambient noise features are top notch.
The battery life is great for my day to day use. It gets me through the day, and the case seem to hold more of a charge after the first month of use.
The only issues that I have is with the ear fit and sometimes when transferring calls from my car audio to the buds, people say that I sound distant. I can only remedythis by manually disconnecting the buds and and reconnectingthem. When sitting or doing some normal walking they stay in place. But if I'm cleaning or looking to go for a jog, or have to tilt my head downward, I have to keep adjusting them to keep them from falling out.
