Nice addition to my phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sound: the sound on the buds 2 pro is vary close to amazing. The vocals (mid tone) is very crisp while still having the low tone be powerfull
Noise Cancelling: the noise Cancelling is decent, but the transparency mode is amazingly good. The music an be all the way up and you can still hear your surroundings.
Features: the app has a very good UI. You can easily see the battery percent at a glance. On the earbuds it's self, when you have transparency mode on, and if your walking and it's windy it will cancel out the wind sound to make your music sound better.

Perfect product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was using the previous version the buds pro and I was worried about. I don't have the best experience with it. It was falling down from my ears especially when I'm at the gym. So it was distracted to me. I'm really in love with new one and has no issues with falling down anymore. The reach Bass on the buds is perfect and can easily beat the Airpod 2 pro

Sound is great but physical design is lacking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I've had the last several generations of Samsung buds. I bought the buds 2 pro about 6 months ago to give them a fair shake. I truly enjoy the sound aspectm incredible quality sound and call audio. My major dislike is with the design. If I'm working out they fall out. If I have them in while I'm eating they fall out. If I sit up too quickly or turn my head too fast they come out. It's very frustrating. And if I do manage to keep them in long enough to watch a movie they start to make my ear canals uncomfortable. These issues were not there in previous designs. I hope they can get this corrected in the upcoming versions.
