I've had these buds for about a month and I am very very pleased with them so far. I previously had Bose sport earbuds and they never fit in my ears. The fit with these are MUCH better. They are not absolutely perfect (hence the 4 stars) but I do not need to adjust them much and they are so light I barely notice them.
The smart switch between my phone and Tab S8+ works flawlessly and is super convenient. The case is super compact and the battery life is good so I've noticed I'm wearing them more than my Bose NC 700 over the ear headphones. The noise cancelling isn't as good compared to those but exceeded my expectations. I am happy with the sound quality as well.
Overall I definitely recommend this product to anyone with a Samsung phone or other products.

Case stopped charging after a few months. Ear bud battery life isn't very good without the charging case.

The sound is clear and good. However, these headphones continue to fall off your years. Creates a terrible experience. Does not hold well. It is too sensitive to the touch. Sometimes it will just pause the music playing without me touching it.
Extremely disappointed as these are my first Galaxy headphones. Finally, they do not even let you return them so that also was another bad experience and service. There is no trail period.

Poor design

I traded in my 4 year old wireless Glaxy Buds and I currently regret it. I have smaller ears and I know they have different size options in the box but none of them helped me. I work as a delivery driver and wear the headphones for 8 hours. I switch them from the right ear then to the left ear every few hours. Unfortunately with these new ones they hurt my ear lobe and I have to constantly switch them from one ear to the other to experience the least amount of pain. My old earbuds were so much more comfortable and fit better with less pain. The other feature I am not a fan of is the design of them. Since I have to take one out of my ear every hour or so to switch ear sides, it makes the experience horrible. You are not able to take the earbud out without hitting the touch controls multiple times cause you to skip, rewind, and even hang up phone calls on people. They're slippery so when I grab them they slip from my fingers nearly everytime. I've only had these new buds for a day and I wish I could get my old ones back.

Good sound. Not the right fit

They have great sound, but they fall out all the time. I preferred the previous buds. They fit better. I have had these fall out when walking after mowing the lawn. It's annoying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love them! My only complaint is that it's hard to keep them in your ears sometimes. I've tried all the different tips and they still want to fall out some times.

Epic in ear earbuds!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my Galaxy buds pro series edition 1 with these headphones, the pro 2 and I am very happy that I did. They are small, lightweight, water resistant, active noise cancellation, and good sound. I regularly use these headphones in wet environments and I never have any problems. I have the Bora purple, and I love the color. I highly recommend these headphones to friends and to you.
