Big Upgrade over Buds Pro

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The battery life is amazing, and I can actually rely on the noise canceling without having to charge the buds for awhile. The actual tips are cylindrical instead of ovals, which is so much more comfortable.

The ear buds are awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly love the buds. I put mine through the ringer and the wash and they are holding up well. I would not advise putting in the washing machine but accidents happen and I to my delight they still work and charge. The batteries are pretty good. Will last a few days if not using heavily or a few hours of constant use.

Flawless connections, fantastic sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung phone for business and I am on my earbuds probably 3 to 4 hours a day constant talk time. I previously used a different brand of buds than Samsung and always had intermittent connection problems. Once I switched to the Galaxy Buds2 Pro, my earbuds connect every single time to my phone and the sound quality is fantastic. No one complains that they cannot hear me clearly, and everyone says I sound like I'm right next to them talking. I am very, very pleased with these earbuds and with pairing them to my Samsung s23 Pro. If you are a business person and use your phone a lot during the day, this is the combination that you should have. Bar none.

Poor sound quality in one bud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these. They are comfortable and easy to wear for hours. Had them for about a year now. I kept up on cleaning them but there is poor sound quality out of the right bud. I've looked up tons of ways to try to fix it but to no avail. Still love them. Just wish both worked well.
