They are good quality and great features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish they had smaller rubber ear pads. The ones that came with the ear phones are too big for my ears and fall out. The three sizes they sent do not work for my ears. The sound is great, the features are great they just fall out easily even without shaving my head. I wish they had smaller rear pads so they would stay in. I can't use them so they sit on my shelf.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use mine mainly for calls and media. They have improved the sound of these tremendously compared to the previous generations. I own the previous model, the buds pro which I didn't really care for because they were heavy and didn't stay in my ear. They didn't sound as good as the pro 2 either. These are shaped differently and fit perfectly. Good job.

Amazing earbuds!

The clarity is what really gets me every time I power them on. I would buy these 10 times out of 10 and recommend them just as equally. The icing on the cake is the seamless connection to my Galaxy s22. Thank you Samsung

Great Sound and ANC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I appreciate samsung devices so much that my tvs,my family phones and my headphones have been samsung. So I wrote this with love lol. The buds 2pro are a stylish design filled with possible Beta's for us current fans and upcoming. The anc is great for loud environments and when the anc is off, still able to jam and listen to your music while working with a partner in a loud factory. Still able to communicate while enjoying your crave for music. Plus let's not forget that if you are like me and pair your watch as well, and activate gestures, you can activate your pandora or spotify at the flick of a wrist (literally). The earbuds reaction to touch control can be sensitive just like other headphones. The only difference is that you can control the sensitivity of the touching and disable the touching. Though all accomplishments are great, I did happen to and am still trying to figure out the earbuds. They really stretch my ears when pushing them in and no matter what size I chose as a replacement... the earbuds still squeezed out. So I bought seperate cushions instead. By that time my ears are kinda swollen so I had to wait. But now 1 month later the buds are finally staying. I'm a fan of semi in ear headphones like the buds live but sadly now days things have changed. Either way... I'll try to stay a fan. Sorry for my rant. Instead of making another review I'll just list my devices here. Watch 5 pro, s22 ultra, 2 flat screens, another watch 5 pro, s21,buds live, buds 2 pro.

Comfortable and durable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these mainly for work and I couldnt be more happy with them. Even if I put them in without music playing it has noise cancelling which helps me focus when I have to. But when I do play music or watch something the sound quality is great. It takes into account if you have one or both buds in to sound amazing. They stay in my ear and I do not have to worry about them falling out while im running around at work. And the case has been dropped a handful of times and still doesnt have a scratch on it

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Setting up the Buds 2 Pro was simple. They connected to my phone as soon as I opened the case. And once they were paired, just putting them in my ears activates them.
I was reluctant to use the tap controls, but now they're essential. Makes it easy to control the music without touching my phone
These are easier to use than my air pods, and fit better too.
