Works great but doesn't fit properly

I like the quality of the sound but why did they change the shape so much. They keep falling out no matter what I do. I tried all of the different covers including ones I had from other earbuds. My old Samsung ones fit prefect and were less than half the price. I keep hanging up the phone trying to keep them from falling out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you haven’t done so already, there is also a feature in the Samsung Wearables app where you can do a fit test with your buds once they are in your ears and this can suggest the best and most secure way to adjust your buds for a better fit. Terrible for phone conversations.

Caused Allergic Reaction

Had these a few months. Started using right away and noticed itching in my ears. The next morning my ears felt damp. I thought maybe it was related to a recent sinus infection. I discontinued use for a couple weeks to ensure that there wasn't an ear infection. The next use I experienced burning within minutes of putting in the ear buds. I took them out and immediately noticed a clear discharge and itching. After some internet research I tried new ear tips, alas no change. The next time was my last attempt to make these work for me. Even with the new ear tips my ears started itching, burning, blistering, and weeping clear liquid. I am seeking a refund as apparently this is a known issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited for them and couldn't wait for them to come. I pre-ordered them and waited impatiently. But sadly when I got them I was very disappointed. They glitched alot. And the smart voice detection didn't work well the music doesn't stop playing right away when u start speaking. Also the sound quality wasn't as good as I hopped for or expected considering the high price I paid for them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Better fit and form factor

this new version is so much more comfortable than the original, as much as i like the sound from the original i had to return them as they just didn't fit my ear (small ear person). these pro 2 however fit without any discomfort and feel incredibly smooth and stay in place the entire time i'm using then. they are keepers.

A great improvement over first Pro

i wasn't a fan of the first galaxy buds pro. they were fine, but never stayed in my ears. they also stuck out of my ears and were generally uncomfortable. i ended up returning my pair because of the fit and comfort issues.
these are a drastic improvement. everything from the fit, anc, and sound quality are an upgrade. i'm not experiencing ear fatigue, the sound quality is great and comparable to more expensive earbuds, and the build quality is solid. anc cancels out most things and, with content playing, i haven't really heard anything including a vacuum right outside of my office door.
a great upgrade, get a pair. samsung's trade-in incentives are hard to beat.
I would recommend this to a friend!
