Sounds Great but there are some issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using samsung buds plus for more than 3 years, few months ago when buds 2 pro came out I have traded my buds plus and bought buds 2 pro.
The sound, build quality and features are great but I have these issues which made me give only 3 stars*:
1. The fit. The new buds 2 pro are totally plastic designed and there no tips for support unlike in buds plus which makes my buds fall out most of the times I should always push the buds back every 10 mins which is already annoying and guess what there is more when ever I try to push my buds back into my ears the touch controls gets activated and the music will get paused this happens all the time.
2. The connectivity. I use s22 ultra but most of the times the buds doesn't connect automatically when i get the buds out of the box. I need to manually connect them by going into Bluetooth menu which is really annoying as both are from samsung the connectivity is expected to be seamless.
3. The buds don't pause when we take one or both the buds out of my ears. They dont have wear detection unlike all the other buds at this price point. I don't know why they still doesn't have this function.

Great clear sound

These buds have really cool features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use them mostly when I'm streaming movies, etc. Mostly have to use for important phone calls beause of my waterproof phonecase. Only problem is that I only feel like they are going to fall out. Tried smaller rubber ear things and they did fall out.

Great sound and base (finally) + hearing impaired

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned every Galaxy Bud so far, and tbh found previous ones lacking behind some competitors. Thanks to the new upgrades on the Wearables app that controls the Galaxy Buds Pro2, plus the upgrades on device itself, I can say is no longer the case. The many options to customize sound output to your preference, the ability to chose which smart assistant you will trigger and exactly what taps and motions do (instead of all being pre-determined) are all great enhancements.
The biggest positive hear is off course sound quality and fidelity, the reason why most buy such accessories! Calls sound even clearer than using phone, and while when using previous ones people would ask me if I was using something due to audio quality. The microphones in this one and the 360 spatial audio made a difference, never get asked again.
As a bonus, the noise canceling is better, but the ability to control ambient sounds is EVEN better now.
One could make a strong case that for people with small hearing impairment these are actually almost like using a hearing aid without anyone noticing ! The option to enhance ambient sounds is what sold it to my best friend who was always hard or hearing but didn't want people to know.
