Given my study and work commitments, its multitude of customization options cater to my needs perfectly. It transcends mere app usage; it's about how I utilize them.
Specifically, the split-screen and multi-window features have proven invaluable to me. Moving on to the camera, it surpasses all expectations with its spectacular performance and various modes.

Constantly falls out of ear

I recently got these ear buds and I absolutely hate them! They constantly fall out of my ears. I have changed out the ear bud sizes that came in the box multiple times and still have the same thing happen. Its hard to rate the overall quality of this product when they wont stay in your ear while in use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Slow to connect and uncomfortable

I bought these earbuds maybe 3 months ago now. The sound is good and the battery life is great but they are the most uncomfortable earbuds I've ever worn. Also they don't always make a sound when you tap the bud to pause and they don't immediately connent to my phone. I owned the 2 of the galaxy buds + that came out years ago and absolutely loved them. I didn't have any of these issues with them, they were comfortable, always chimed when I tapped to pause, and it always connected to my phone the second they opened. I had to upgrade because I lost one of them, I was hoping these would be better since they're double the price

Less Than a Year Left Earbud Has No Sound

I bought the Galaxy buds pro 2 on December 2,2022 because they are supposed to be water/sweat proof. I work out regularly and put them to the test. Well, here it is October 17,2023, less than a year and the left earbud has little to no sound. No they are saying take it to the shop for repair, how sending a replacement pair. In short don't buy these things if you plan on working out and sweating. They will fail.

The failure

Keep getting told the I sound like a computer or like I'm under water.... Took them back and got a second pair and same problem. And it only with the Bud 2 Pro... use Samsung fold 5 with the bud 2 pros... Give me back my Bud pros

I asked my wife for them as a gift for our anniversary and I'm shocked by the size, weight and most importantly, the quality of the Buds2 Pro I simply love them and cannot wait for the 3 when they come out just to see what is the next improvement
