This was the best pair of ear buds I've ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite feature of these were that when someone was close to you and trying to talk with you the earbuds would mute so you could hear the person talking with you.

Terrible noise calencelation and fit

I got these about a year ago, upgrade from the regular buds that came with my phone while they do sound better they fall out of my ears all the time and the noise calencelation is terrible. I can literally her the noise driving in my work van over the buds.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are happy to hear you are enjoying the sound quality enhancement of this generation of buds compared to previous. This device should have come with additional silicone tips in a few sizes to help with the fit. We also have conform foam ear tips that are compatible with this device as well for a more secure fit. We do not recommend using the ANC feature while driving a motor vehicle to ensure you can hear sirens or other indicators of trouble around you. We have included a link to an article about the ANC feature of your buds. We have also included a link to the Samsung Support Team if you have further questions about your device.
