Poor design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Buds are the best for its features like noise canceling and sound quality is also best but design is not good after some time ears start feeling irritation also they feel falling out off ears

If you haven't done so already, this device should have come with additional silicone tips in a few different sizes to help with the fit. We also have available on our website conform foam tips compatible with this device. You can also perform a fit test while wearing the buds and connected to your Samsung Wearables App. If you are feeling irritation that may be an allergy you may also want to consult a doctor. Very good performance but uncomfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a pair after trading in my original buds and I can say I'm very impressed with them.
The sound quality is top notch and the active noise cancelling is 10/10.
My only negative (and it's quite a big one) is that they don't seem to fit properly. My previous buds were very comfortable and secure but the plastic casing on the inside of the bud doesn't fit my ear and causes them to slide out easily. They also cause ear pain after prolonged use.

Love the audio

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this product; audio, clarity of sound and works well with my Samsung phone. The only issue I have is that they fall out of my ears so easily when exercising. Would love if they had some kind of grip to the ear to stay in place, even with the ear piece in place. But overall great product. Love my Samsung products.

Love these buds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a desiel mechanic. I work in a very noisy environment, so listening to my music or bible pod casts it was very hard to hear. But since I got the new buds pro 2 I love the noise canceling feature I can hear my music. They also protect my ears from all the harsh noises around me! I have my buds in my ears from 6a.m. to 4:30 p.m. so the comfort it great! I do wish the battery life was longer, but they charge super fast so I only have to be with out them for a short time. I love the sound and volume, could not be more satisfied!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to setup, features are easy to use, they sound great. Highly recommend. Noise cancellation works great and with the new models it will cut out if you talk to someone and quiet the music which is nice.
