Can take a hit

Not the Buds2 Pro, but the Buds Pro. I was wearing them when all of a sudden, I was hit by a car during an evening stroll and lost them. Friends found them for me a week and a half later at the scene of the accident. Even after me getting hit and them flying out, all that time later they still charged and were fully functional ( and only obtained minor cosmeticdamage)! If the new pair is anything like the old ones, I'll definitely order!

Amazing sound quality and superior noise cancelin

I returned Sony XM 4 and kept these. Amazing sound quality and superior noise canceling. They beat Sony and second gen. AirPods Pro. You have to try yourself. I wish Samsung was making over ear noise canceling headphones with dual drivers. It will be a bestseller! I want to replace my over ear XM 4 but XM 5 sound terrible.

Don't work in the real world

I just bought them 2 days ago and wore them to work on the production floor. The noise canceling function doesn't work, I had to turn up the volume all the way up to hear my music compared to the cheapest Sony wireless I could put the volume on medium and could be next to a belt sander and not miss a lyric. The touch pause button only worked about 1/3 of the time and they don't have the option to skip songs by multi tapping the buds. The quality is nowhere near the price.

Machineshop, thank you for your feedback on the Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro. There are three noise cancellation settings on the Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro that you might be using the off setting instead of the full ANC setting. You also can use a double tap to skip to the next song and a triple tap to either go back to the beginning of a song or to go to the previous song. Great listen device, bad design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality on these buds are amazing and the noise canceling works well. I have to say though I am disappointed with the casing material samsung chose to use on the outer case, the purple on the outside has already started darkening because of dirt and the quality of the case is terrible I'm not sure why they had changed it this year to a soft plastic but it scratches so easily. I can literally take my finger and scrape off pieces of the case! My buds/buds+ had way better quality than this. I wish the earbuds themselves had wing tips as the helped them stay in, it's not super bad but I do occasionally have to press them back in. Something I almost never had to do with my buds/buds+.
I would recommend this to a friend!

You can do a fit test on the buds while wearing them to ensure you have the most comfortable and secure fit. Not worth the hype. Trade in device was not easy. App interaction is not easy accessible.Too much of tech in the earbuds feels unnecessary

If you are not enjoying all of the features, you can adjust the settings in the Samsung Wearables App to streamline the usage of your buds a little bit. Disappointment

I had my original Samsung Galaxy buds for over 2 years and I absolutely loved them. Unfortunately, do to an accident, I had to replace them. Buying them now was more expensive than buying the Buds Pro 2, so I decided to make the switch. The sound on the new ones is better and does seem a little more clear. There are more cons for me than pros. The battery life on the buds2 pro is horrible. The case doesn't hold much of a charge for long periods either. I also keep getting complaints from people on the other end of the phone saying they cannot hear me or that it sounds like I am muffled. I never had these problems on my original buds. Very disappointed and may return.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome buds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got these through a workplace discount. I got a pair for me and my wife. I upgraded from my galaxy buds live and I Love em. I love the features. I wear at least one of them all day at work, and they're comfy all day. Great battery life.
