This product does have great features!

This device should have had additional silicone tips in a smaller size if the standard size is too large for your ears. We also have conform foam tips available to help with the fit. You can also perform a fit test while wearing the buds in the Samsung Wearables App and we have included a link to an article about how to wear the buds properly. Awesome sound and great battery life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These buds work really well. I like how they automatically pair with my Samsung Galaxy S21 plus and have a fully integrated UI on my phone. The sound quality is great and the battery lasts long on the buds themselves. I've had these for almost a year and use them almost daily. They're good for outdoor activities such as skateboarding or going out on a road trip. Overall, I would say these get a 5/5 just for the reasons stated above.

The app allows quick visual controls of your buds and provide info on settings and battery life. the options to allow ambient sound while listening to music is great for work or any place you don't want to bother anyone while still being able to hear your surroundings. the noise cancelation is amazing as well. overall this is my goto choice whenever I'm going to listen to music or watch videos.

Right out of the box, these buds impress with their sleek, ergonomic design, ensuring users get both style and comfort.
Sound quality is stellar. With a well-balanced audio profile, the Buds 2 Pro excel in delivering crisp highs, resonant mids, and deep bass. The Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) feature is a game-changer, muting the outside world and allowing for a fully immersive experience. For those moments when you need to be aware of your surroundings, the Ambient mode works like a charm, letting external sounds in without compromising the audio clarity.

Finally, a great fit for my ears!

They'd fall out if I talked too much with them or turned my head often, like with driving. These have been the best ones by far for me. The sound is clear, they stay put, and the battery life has been pretty outstanding.
