Excellent Audio quality Buds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my new Buds Pro 2, the sounds quality is amazing. I had the Buds Pro, but the new ones are so much better. The noise canceling is great. They fit perfect, and you have new features like 360° sound, that make you feel into the music. Is changing when you turn your head. I love them

Great but not Perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I lost my Buds Live and upgraded to the Buds Pro 2, however they don't sit as snug in my eat as the Live do - small ears so customizing the gummy covers is pertinent to a perfect fit. The sound quality is ridiculous as always with Samsung audio equipment. I love the dimensions of bass I still get from these small BT guys. The touch features on the Buds themselves are very particular to an area so tapping it a few times to find that sweet spot to change songs or volume, can be a small annoyance. Overall I love them

The audio quality is a standout feature of these earbuds. With AKG tuning, the sound profile is balanced and vibrant, delivering clear highs, punchy mids, and deep bass. The active noise cancellation (ANC) technology is highly effective, immersing you in your music while blocking out ambient noise.

This product is great for listening to media

It also has good sound amplifing microphones for when you need to be aware of your surroundings. However, I purchased two pairs of these buds and one of them has a faulty case. The case will not charge plugged in or wireless. Overall the buds custom sound quality and eq options are great.
