[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Buds2 Pro offer phenomenal sound quality. I also really love their noise canceling feature. Just like my galaxy watch, another feature I often use is find my device. I love that I can use the app on my phone to find where I last placed these. The only reason I knocked off one star was due to how they fit in my ear, straight out of the box. Which, I will say upfront that I have abnormally small ears/ear canals.... Like every time I go to the Dr, they seem a bit perplexed how they are going to see anything in my ear! I'm used to the original galaxy buds. I really liked having the wings on those, so I'm going to look to see if I can get some wings to add to these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned my Galazy Buds Pro for awhile now and I have put them through a lot. Their durability says a lot as I have droped the case and the earbuds on the ground from atleast 5 to maybe 10 feet, multiple times. The case gets scratched but I bought a cover, the buds are flawless, not a broken piece or scratch and they work great. Battery life is great, many hours per charge but easily charges back in the case, the case really only gets charged a few times a year. The buds are generally comfortable but slip out of my ear if I am too active. I usually wear only 1 ear Bud and the ambient noise settings are great. With 2 ear buds in, you can just sit back and imerse yourself with almost no outside noise distraction. The Buds are fairly water resistant, not water proof. I have worn them in the rain and in the shower with limited issues, I would not submerge them though. Overly, I am very impressed and these Buds are worth the price. I will be buying another one if something happens to these. FYI, the tracking on the individual Buds as well as the case through Smartthings is such a great feature.

This is a true upgrade for Buds pro

But with this one, Buds2 pro, I can say both quality and max sound level have been upgraded. Also, they are very lighter compared to previous version.

It's good, but room for improvement

You got the nice noise canceling which is nice, and when you are playing music they really block out the world around you. Just sometimes you just want pure silence. I don't have use for the ambient sounds choice. It seems to amplify sounds that aren't voices. I wish that the batteries lasted longer.
