Excellent Earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these daily, they do not fall out and have a really long battery life...they usually outlast my phone. The charging case charges the buds quickly and the noise supression is amazing.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do a lot of streaming and listening to music. There's been construction outside my house for five months. I have my buds 2 connected to both my TV, phone, anda tablet. The noise cancelling has been terrific. I can actually hear what I'm listening to. Also the ambiant mode is really useful when I'm at the park with my kids. I use the touch controls a ton when my phone isn't accessable. They work really well. The in ear fit is really good as well. The battery life is pretty good. I am able to get 6-7 hours depending on which modes I'm using. Overall the integration with my other Samsung devices is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every workout is an experience when I'm wearing my galaxy buds pro 2. The sound quality is emmersive. The overall comfortable feel of the buds is perfect. I really love the active noise canceling feature and the ease to switch between the noise controls is awesome. The battery life is another great feature I love that gets me through every workout with no second guessing. The Galaxy Buds Pro 2 are the perfect devices for me and my Galaxy S21 Ultra.

Very bad fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded to these from the very first buds model (the very first ones, not the buds+). I have no real complaints concerning the sound, but I was really sad to find (immediately) that they are the worst fit I have ever had. The surface has a smooth matte finish that slides on skin too easily to stay still, and the part that enters the ear isnt long enough to anchor itself in. Since I stuck with the first model for so long, I thought I might as well go for the newest model, but the issue is so bad that I had to return them and find an older model that fit. If you have the option to try on a pair before buying, I would recommend doing that first. I ended up getting the Buds 2, which lacked some features, but stayed in better.

Buds 2 Pro are the best wireless headphones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cant think of how many headphones I have gone through over the last 5 years. I have purchased bose headphones, sony mx's, and beats headphones. However none of these compare to the fidelity of the sound or the richness of the bass. Not only are they expertly crafted but they are small and light so they sit very comfortably in my ear! I can go running without thinking they will fall, and they are not over ear! If you can shell out the extra cash it is most definitely worth getting the buds 2 pro!

Good sound, bad design

We completely understand wanting to have buds that will go with you and stay in no matter what activity you choose to partake in. We understand that not every one is the same and we all have different sized ears. We do include additional silicone tips with this device for that reason. You can also perform a fit test while wearing the buds in the Samsung Wearables App. This can make recommendations for adjustments if you don't have the buds in the best position for the fit.
