Beyond expectations

Great product, but your ergonimics is not so good

Awesome product...but

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality is excellent, and has 6 different equalizer settings to choose from.
The ambient sound is great for when you need your ears to be aware of your surroundings.
Active noise cancelling works really well to block out external sound......when you have the buds seated properly in your ears.
Using tips that don't have the best fit will definitely hinder the effects of the feature.
They are very comfort to wear and very light weight.
Sometimes I completely forgot that they are even in my ears.
The ambient sound is great for when you need your ears to be aware of your surroundings.

They are very comfort to wear and very light weight.
Sometimes I completely forgot that they are even in my ears.
My only complaint is with the voice command touch controls.
Bixby is not my favorite assistant.
Luckily, it only takes a simple work-around to get the one you want.
The problem is, Bixby conflicts with other assistants for dominance, so there can be some issues, like the activation sound being non-existent when initiating the assistant, or the assistant not working at all when you touch and hold the touch pad of the earbuds, regardless of which permissions you have set.
That is definitely a problem for me since I use the assistant quite often, and most of the time I am not looking at my phone screen to verify that it has, infact, initiated.
I deducted 1-star for that reason alone.
Other than that one issue (which is fixable with an update, which I am very much looking forward to), they are some pretty solid earbuds, the best I've ever owned actually, and I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

Excellent quality

These are so lightweight and comfortable, I forget their there.

Amazing noise canceling audio

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned EVERY samsung bud and the samsung galaxy buds2 pro are by far the most comfortable and best noise canceling pair I've ever used.
I currently work in a warehouse type setting and the buds let me hear when I need to and quiet down the environment when it gets to loud as well all at the push of a button

Great but not excellent

Price does not justify performance against regular buds2.
