Excellent sound quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device has great sound for listening to music and watching videos. Phone calls are very clear and the buds are comfortable in the ear. I do think anc can be improved so people can hear clearly on the other end when your on a call.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these buds2 pro at home to game or watch movies listen to music while doing yard work I also use them at work using the noise canceling feature to protect my ears from the industrial noises around me for my ten hour shift the sound question is great much better than other ear buds that I've always thought were really good the apps that pair up with these like galaxy wearable or find are also amazing and useful all around great buy would definitely recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a fan of Galaxy Buds since the Buds+. Most of the reason I love the Galaxy Buds2 Pro stems from my appreciation of the Buds+ that I used to have. The Galaxy Buds2 Pro have perfected the formula Samsung has followed for the past few generations, which is what makes them amazing.
The Buds2 Pro have deep, rich sound that doesn't require having the volume set unreasonably high. As someone who works out and is a student, I enjoy being able to hear every crisp detail of the music, podcast or lecture I am listening to. I can activate Noise Cancellation to mute the outside world, or toggle Ambient Sound on so I can hear a little bit of what's happening around me. The buds are feature packed without being bulky. They fit comfortably in my ear (multiple ear tips are provided) and never slip out. I can jog, lift weights or move my head in a circular motion with no issue. They also last a long time! I charge my Buds2 Pro once every 2 weeks. They also come in a few different colors, which makes it so much better for those of us who are fashion oriented! I chose black and they're barely noticeable, but even if they were, they match everything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are my favorite since the buds+. The fit while running and working out, staying in place and not needing to adjust mid workout is something I've been missing since the buds+ and these met the expectations. The sound quality is really crisp and clear. There's not a tone a bass, but for an in ear bud that's what I prefer. I work at a computer desk, and I can comfortably wear them for an entire work shift. And the battery life is much better than the buds pro. Not quite as good as the buds+, but that's too be expected with all of the extra options. Noise canceling, ambient sound and the different levels of it are what I use the most. I have had other buds in the past, and I will choose my buds2 pro over them EVERY time because of all the things I've mentioned, and the biggest reason, which is speed and stability of connection. I've been a Samsung user since the GS 3, and I also worked in telecommunications for 4 years so I know my way around Samsung products fairly well. For those nervous to purchase because of shortcomings from previous models, you have nothing to fear. I use these daily and absolutely love them.
