[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They were easy to connect and start using. My one gripe would be the update times, but even that wasn't too bad.
Sound quality and ease of use are awesome. I use them at work sometimes and I work in a hot environment and get sweaty and they hold up well.
Touch controls worked well too. Once I got used to them they were very easy to use and very convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great sound both for any audio (music, audio books, podcasts, telephone conversations). Never have a problem hearing or with others hearing me. Buds always connect to any device (even non samsung). Comfortable and light weight. The only downside is that they will sometimes fall out... especially if when talking... I've tried the different size tips but they'll still fall out sometimes. Mostly an annoyance but would be 5 stars and perfect if they stayed in ears better. Overall a great product!

At work their a life saver, nobody can hear the person on the other line & i still hear everything with pass through ambient. Second i was gaming all wrong without them, with 360 head tracking i hear every foot step & the direction. Their AMAZING 👏
