[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my buds2 pro! I finally found the earphones that stay in my ear. After trying different brands, I ended up giving them away because they wouldn't fit. So I was really happy when these ones actually fit and the noise cancelling worked so well. And they get updates that improve the features.
My husband loved them too, so I bought another pair for him and my sister. I definitely recommend them!

The sound is great, the quality of the product is very good but the battery sucks, I got them and worked good for a couple of months then the battery drown so quick, the buds battery last les then 3 hours and are not constantly on, then the case last a day only, basically I have to recharged it almost every day, although I like them because they're comfortable and the sound quality is awesome that's why I'm giving 3 stars rate but I'm seriously thinking to change to another brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing sound quality

I appreciate that Samsung frequently pushes out firmware updates to add new capabilities and improve the sound profiles even more. I'm considering buying a second pair.

Amazing feel

The start up and first time connection to my phone were magical experiences, and it carried over to testing out the Noise Cancellation and Ambient Sound. Those features are magical and mind blowing, especially the way Noise Cancellation can mute background noise. I have not turned 360 Audio off, and the earbuds have yet to fall out of my ears, or even shuffle loose.
I will say, however, that I wish they were easier to track on SmartThings, as the map only shows when they were used last, not their current location. I also wish there was a way to purchase just the basic eartips that the earbuds come with, as I broke my middle sized one midst trying on the other sizes.
All in all, these earbuds are magical little devices that I would definitely purchase again or recommend anyone else purchase.

Samsung Buds2 Pro are REALLY Good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got my Bud2 Pros for Christmas '22. I REALLY like them. They stay in my ears and sync up consistently every time I go to use them. I like the charging case as it keeps them ready to go at any time. The battery life lasts long enough for several hours. The touch feature to pause and play and turn the ambient feature on or off are great. And for doing phone calls or video calls the Buds 2 Pro work perfect every time.
You can't go wrong with these. Buy them!

Good headphones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start with the good: the sound is superb, the fit is phenomenal, and the aesthetics are amazing.
There are some drawbacks though. The buds have trouble with windy situations, and sometimes emit a high pitched squeak if your finger rests on the microphone at any point.
That said, they're still better than any other buds I've tried.

My Buds have great sound and quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound of great. Music sounds great. I'm heard clearly when using it for phone calls. I like that the music pauses while I'm taking a phone call. However, the Buds will randomly fall from my ears.
