Nickel Alergy, Poor Fit, Electrical Interference

What more can you ask for in an expense pair of wireless ear buds. Electrical interference - check! Poor fit - check! Exposing a nickel alergy you never knew you had - check!
I was excited when I found out I could trade in my original buds and get the new Buds2 Pro. Out of the box the sound quality improvement and noise cancellation was great. I was happy whilst sitting at my desk.
The old buds had an electrical interference issue at very repetitive geographical locations. I've tried multiple Samsung phones and a competitors. I even thought my Samasun watch was the culprit. All things ruled out it turned out to be the buds. The Buds2 Pro did not fix this issue. Normally this would not be a big issue except that the one location is my fron yard which I spend a lot of time in. I have worn my on-ear wireless headphones multiple times in my front yard with zero issues.
The Buds2 Pro have a less than desireable fit. No adjustable wings. The 3 sizes of "tip adapters" are fine but still not enough to keep them in my ears. the first time I had to shuffle across an intersection quickly I bud popped out of my ear a nearly wound up in a sewer.
The worst issue of all however, making these a paperweight for me, is a nickle sensitivity that I never knew I had. For the first couple of months I had no issues. After a while my ears started to become painful, full of fluid, irritated, flaky skin, etc... I gave the buds a break because my ears were so messed up I couldn't wear them. After my ears healed enough I tried the Buds2 Pro again and things went south but I still had not clue it was from the Buds2 Pro. After letting my ears heal for 5 weeks I tried them again - 15 minutes and the ear pain came back. I stopped using them immediately and by that night my ears were extremely irritated with fluid build up and skin flaking.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sound Quality High, Texture Becomes Sticky...

I've had these for nearly a year. Fantastic sound quality, touch interface, and noise-cancelling effects. The case and buds feel great as well, with a grippy texture. That is, until the rubberized coding on the outside became to deteriorate after about 7 months of regular use. I take great case of the case and buds, but the coding is now a sticky, grayed residue. I can scratch it off. It's stickiness is now a major concern, given this was less than a year of use. I am hoping to have them replaced...

The Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro are refreshingly smaller and lighter than most competing options – and Samsung was right to shave a little off the design. The charging case doesn't have a speaker on the outside when you try to locate your earbuds when it is lost,
so, it relies on the earbuds when it needs to play sound, which is somewhat loud, but quiet.

these were my first wireless earbuds and they're so disappointing. every time i so much as turn my head 0.5cm they automatically pause. every song or video pauses 500 times. i don't know if it's my hair brushing over it or the in-ear detection, but it's jarring and terrible. i can't eat lunch or walk my dog with them. the app cannot stop it and even if it did, it only works when on your phone and not if you have them connected to something else. wish i could return them

EXTRAORDINARY SOUND PACKED WITH FEATURES?

I mainly use my Buds to listen to music and the occasional video online. I purchased several other earbuds from competitors and was disappointed each time. At first I felt a little crazy spending so much money on earbuds, that is until I put them in my ears for the first time and hit play. My regret was completely gone. I love rhe active noise canceling feature, best ive ever used. Love rhw fit set feature too, helps me a lot because I usually buy replacement tips for my Buds and that feature helps me pick the best size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy Buds 2 Pro are a big improvement over the Buds Pro. The size is much smaller but with better audio and functionality. Battery life seems to have improved as well. And they just looks beautiful and sophisticated. I have never been a fan of Apple ipods, their shape is just abnoxious. I do love my Samsung Galaxy products. Great combo with an S22 Ultra phone.

Great sound, longer battery life

But the Buds 2 Pro up the quality level with an even richer and well rounded sound, perfect for movies, TV, and all genres of music. The battery life is nice and long and I find myself not needing to charge them most of the day.
