Won't stay in my ear at all, cannot recommend.

These sound pretty good, but they do not stay in my ear. They just randomly fall out, regardless of the size of the tip. I even bought some aftermarket foam expanding tips, but not even that helped hold them in my ears. They are fine sitting still at my desk, but they fall out if I snack on something or move very much at all. I do not recommend this product at all.

I've had beats,Bose,and others and the Samsung probuds2 are the best sounding Buds I've had in a long time,the Base is 👍 I can't put into words How much I love them from sound to comfort of wearing them!!!!!.

horrible design! earbuds do not fit securely in ears. i don't wear them because i fear that i will lose them. anc is great, but the design is awful .

EXTREMELY painful!

From day 1, the Buds2 Pro hurt the inside of my ears (upper side, just outside of the ear canal). I thought I'd get used to it, but 5 days later and it's still painful to wear these. It's due to the extra bump on the buds. While these buds are supposedly packed with extra features, I can't get past the now forming blisters in both ears. I switched from original Buds (oval-shaped case) and love the way those fit but wanted better sound quality. My husband's Buds2 (not Pro) fit 100% better than these Pros.
Sorry, Samsung - your improved technology should have also had a more comfortable fit, and these certainly didn't cut it. So disappointed.

Not worth the money if you have an iPhone

I purchased these as a longer battery option to my airpods. I have an iphone and while they paired easily to it, without the Wear app available for IOS (other buds will work with an IOS Buds app), they are just earbuds. I tried the alterative to pair with my PC, but they would not pair with the machine or the installed Wear PC app. Finally, I was using the bud around the house, I briefly walked outside, and upon getting back to phone, the earbud was full of static. It would not connect correctly until I removed them and reset in the case.
I really wished they worked better and could use the Wear app. They were really comfortable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought these for an alternative to my Sony over ear headset. The sound quality has been good and I appreciate the dampening of volume when I start a conversation and am listening to music. The microphone quality appears to be poor though. I constantly have feedback from others on calls that they can't hear me, I am muffled, or sounds like I'm in a bubble. These issues happen on both phone calls and platforms like MS Teams. Unfortunately, my ears have had a reaction to the ear bud material too, which appears to be a common problem from a quick internet search.

Please refer to the below information about the materials that are included in the Galaxy Buds if your skin is hypersensitive or if you have an allergy to any of these materials.

Remove your Galaxy Buds from your ears and consult a healthcare professional if the skin where you wear the Galaxy Buds reddens or feels irritated.

[Nickel]
The speaker mesh (for all Buds products) and the air vent mesh (for Buds Live and Buds Pro) include stainless steel. Stainless steel consists of steel (Fe), chrome (Cr) and nickel (Ni), and is widely used for everyday products, but some people may have an allergy to some of the materials included in it, such as nickel.

The speaker mesh should be covered with silicon ear tips and the air vent mesh is designed not to touch your ear, to minimize direct contact with the skin if properly used. Users who are sensitive to nickel may experience redness, swelling, itchiness, or other irritation if using Galaxy Buds for an extended period. If you experience skin irritation or discomfort, you may want to consult a healthcare professional before you use the Buds.

[Acrylate]
The main body of the Galaxy Buds includes acrylate.

Acrylate (Methacrylic acid), used for the colorization of the Polycarbonate (PC), which constitutes the main body of the Galaxy Buds, is commonly included in consumer goods that come in contact with the skin, such as adhesive bandages. Users who are sensitive to acrylates may experience a skin reaction when using Galaxy Buds for a long period.
