Loving the buds!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently had the buds live but upgraded to the buds 2 pro. I love the upgrade and color. It is great. I wish the ear part was a little more comfortable, but overall great ear buds. Sound is great, and touch is great too!!

Pros: sleek design, easy to use, convenient to carry, great features with a Samsung phone. I do like the noise canceling option.
I think the sound quality is not as spectacular as it should be.
Cons: they hurt my ears after a few minutes of wearing them (not the tip, it's the hard plastic/design). They are too touchy.. One little touch to adjust them and BAM, you paused the music or skipped a song. Like i said above, the sound quality was a real bummer for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I LOVE THESE EAR BUDS! I have had the pro 2 and the pro and they are such a great fit. I recommend them to everyone. They have superior quality and the fit is so comfortable!

Decent product but needs work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my buds2 pro for work and traveling mainly. I recently switched from Apple and had the AirPods Pro 2 which were wonderful. I love the feel of my buds2 pro but the Ambient noise and Noise Cancellation features need some serious upgrades before I will be satisfied with them. The buds themselves battery life is also shorter than I am used to but the case longevity is nice. Overall I would give them like a 3.5 stars.
