•very hard to gauge were the buttons are, to navigate while in ears. had to tap a few times to register the volume up or down.
• touch sensitivity is VERY sensitive
•Media Control does not have much for customization, but syncing / information lags.

Don't forget that you can use all your touch actions while using the Galaxy Wearable app. Sound lag is when the sound output does not match what’s happening on the connected device's screen. There are several reasons why you may experience sound lag on your Samsung earbuds when playing videos or games. However, there is usually an easy fix, such as strengthening the Bluetooth connection. I have owned alot of different earbuds being a tech I have an itch to pull things apart to see how I can make them better! I have not touched these buds 2 pro as they are working as intended. I fly once a month every month and use them for rain and thunder noises to sleep! Every day walks they are the perfect companion. The only reason they get 4 stars is the mic will pickup everything in a busy airport while trying to take a call. The software definitely needs a little tweaking still but these just sound and feel amazing on bass setting. I have owned buds and buds live and buds pro. These are a huge upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm usually very skeptical when it comes to smart ear buds or anything of the sort, but these have been marvelous. The sound quality is great, the touch controls (which can be disabled if that's not for you) are some of the best I've dealt with, and it's charging speed is also great. Amd with the case having a 3 - 4 charge cycle span, you can charge it once every few days and not have to worry about it not being fully charged.

Great, but do not fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I like about these earbuds is the great sound, noise canceling, and using them for phone calls without having the phone in my hand. I mainly use the ear buds for videos, but the sound doesn't match the mouth or the action on the screen at times. I like that they are lightweight and fit comfortably. However, they fall out of my ears when I talk and walk. I use the largest tips and they still fall out of my ears, even when I'm still. The ear buds just take a bit longer to fall out. I use the Buds Live most of the time, but they fall out if I move to much.
