they fall out of my ears all the time, the noise reduction doesn't work with one ear bud in and doesn't apply with wind (if you're working out much less sweating) - not a satisfied customer

Galaxy Buds2 Pro foam tips easily attach to the device and feature a comfortable, custom in-ear fit. These are engineered to be the perfect length and shape for optimal in-ear fit, so the ear tips stay securely in your ears. Fun fact, the tips are designed to fit in the charging case while charging. With multiple sizes available, this will help to find the perfect fit. With the Buds2 and Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. Put the earbuds in your ears and then tap Start to begin the test. Excellent sound and comfort

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This noise cancelling earbuds has excellent sound quality. Is smaller than the previous version so it is very comfortable wearing it. I can wear it all day and can wear it to sleep too. Battery life is also excellent. Also very easy to pair and connect to my phone. The moment I open the case, my phone will have a pop up saying it is connected and the pop up also display the battery level of the buds and the case. Charging is using usb-c cable and is included. Controlling is easy, one tap to start stop audio, tap both at the same time will change the noise cancelling mode.

Especially during my kids games, it allows me to avoid overzealous parents and tune into my child. Then if I have to speak to someone, it actually stops so I can hear the other person without having to take my buds off! LOVE IT!

Great sound, battery life is lacking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are probably the best buds I've ever used. The noise cancelling is pretty awesome, could be improved. I just wish the battery life on these would last longer. Not sure if I got a bunk set. Other than I love them!
