Finally Earbuds That Actually Do What They Say

I was absolutely blown away the first time I tried ony Samsung EarBuds Pro2. The fit, the quality of the sound, the loudness of it, just incredible!! Oh and did I mention the custom feeling fit.. By far my favorite tech purchase in a decade

Vast comfort improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded from Buds Pro to Buds2 Pro. A huge improvement in fit and comfort. Awesome on airplane for noise cancelling, and never loosen during extended workouts. I highly recommend the upgrade (the trade-in program helps with the decision of course).

some missing features but overall great sound qual

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My left earpiece did lose touch functionality, but other than that they are rather sturdy and well built.
I wish it had a auto pause when removed as well as touch blocking when removing them. I can't count how many times I skipped the song and left it play while removing a bud to talk to someone.

I love the style of these ear buds & wanted to really love them, but sadly they are not a great fit for my ears. They tend to fall out after about 5-10 minutes of wearing them. So, now I just use them as a backup pair. They have great sound & I really like that I can tap them to start playing my music. If it wasn't for the fit, these would definitely be my go to ear buds!

The best ear phones I've owned so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the Buds 2 Pro I've finally found a set of in ear headphones that are comfortable and will stay in my ear. I love the Active Noise Cancelation when using them on the subway or outside and the ability to pair them via Bluetooth to my TV, this really helps to enjoy my shows or a quick game session while the baby sleeps. I would highly recommend getting these.

Superior Sound Quality and Features For Daily Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] GALAXY Buds Pro 2 Have Superior sound quality. Watching a movie with a compatible Samsung GALAXY phone and these ear buds is like sitting in a movie theater surrounded by theater quality speakers. Using the Buds Pro2 for business calls is like being in the same room with your clients even on a video conference. I have asked the person on the other end of the call how the microphone sounds to them and have said "it's like being there in the same room with you, clear clean sounding with no distortion or background noise." The only time it was an issue is when I was in locations like concerts or outside near roadways where the background noise is so loud the Buds couldn't cancel that noise out. I do have one suggestion for Samsung. These are not my go to Buds for bicycling or physical heavy labor that is active due to the ear bud cushions don't help keep the bud in my ear. Even when the phone suggestion that those cushions were the correct fit for the best possible operation and sound quality. An over the ear hook to help keep them in place (maybe like an add on option that is removable) would make it a 5 star review in my opinion. That's why I gave it 4 stars. Battery life is awsome and the carrying case that charges your buds keeps you moving without missing a beat! Even when you forget your charger at home. They are well worth the money! All in All I don't think you would be disappointed with purchasing these ear buds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the Buds 2 Pro almost every day. They fit comfortably in my ears. The battery life is good enough that I can use my buds for days and the charging case only needs to be charged once a week. Besides the battery life, the charging case is a nice little bonus because you can find the case with phone, keeps buds cleaner and is easily fit into pockets.
