[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The earbuds are great for phone calls and listening to music. The earbuds fit in your ears very comfortably and you can forget that they're even there! They have a long battery life and don't take long to charge.

Great overall, but needs some tweaks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a s22u and the Galaxy buds2 pro and I love them both. I have been using the buds for about 3 ½ months to 4 months and they have been very good.
The sound quality - amazing overall, but I would like to have deeper bass and an ability to tinker with the sound profile more specifically.
The build quality/comfort - very good build quality, the case is very sturdy and a good upgrade over the previous gen. The earbuds them self look good and fit fairly well and don't fall out or budge any. The case fits in any pocket and is a great size.
The battery life - very good battery life in the buds, I wish I could charge the buds at least 2 more times but the cases battery is very good either way.
The design - best looking earbuds and case, very ergonomic and also has a good looking app.
The navigation and gestures - the navigation through the app is definitely best in class and the touch controls on the ear buds are very good, I would just like a better way to turn up and turn down the music or it to be more reliable. The features - very feature packed ear buds, I do not use the voice detect option very often because I don't have the need but a very cool feature and I'm sure it is great for multiple uses. The 360 audio is a game changer and makes the music sound so much better than standard. It sounds especially for movies and videos, and it just crazy good for music. The noise canceling and ambient mode are very good and work great for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They have great noice cancelation, their sound is amazing, battery is great and charges super fast, I've been using them for like 3 months and did not have any issue. They are perfect for work out, running or jumping never fall of. If you get this, you will be happy.

Such A wonderful Piece of Technology

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For starters, the comfortable fit (reviews say otherwise) is wonderful! Out of the box I can put the earbud in with the silicone piece it comes with and have a perfect fit! I may need to adjust my right earbud piece but the left (dominant) one is wonderful!
Active Noise Canceling feels slighty worse than the buds 2 but if you are playing a video, the outside sound disappears!
Truly I have no issue with my Buds 2 Pros besides one major factor for the reason I have them. The microphone!!! I have had done research on the microphone issue and couldn't find a great fix. Some sites said restart the buds, other sites said I had an unlucky pick.
Though my microphone issue is my only disapproval, I say the Buds2 Pro earbuds are actually fantastic for everything else!
