Great sound, great mic, terrible voice calling exp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ergonomics - Great design and very comfortable. Can lay down on pillow while using these and not feel it is pressing. Also doesn't fall easily.
Sound - Awesome quality, easy switch to one bud or the other if needed.
Mic - The receivers all said the quality is good.
Video chat experience - this is where it suffers. Could be software related. If using these to video chat, the other caller voice will randomly feel choppy and also cut out every 3 seconds. Very unstable. Had to switch over to my Raycon for every video call, unfortunately.

Much clearer than previous modles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Galaxy Buds on my way to work on the bus, when I talk on the phone, and when I'm at work eating lunch watching TV on my phone. The sound is clear and I like how I can't set the sound to follow my head movements.

Great feature I didn't know I needed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ambient mode is inspired. I also love that when you start talking it turns off so you can engage without touching anything. The battery life is long and efficient. I haven't been able to find any case accessories for it yet, but I have my eye out. The right one has a tendency to escape my ear sometimes, but that's how I know they are durable. One bud has fallen in the snow repeatedly and still works. It is easily compatible for my watch and phone.

Almost perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these earbuds! I have had the Buds, Buds Live, Buds Pro, Buds2, and Buds2 Pro. (took advantage of a lot of promotions and sound/comfortable fit/ecosystem is important to me!)
While my favorite "fit" were the Buds Live, the sound on Buds2 Pro is fantastic. I love the matte feel of the case and buds. My only complaint is that they begin to slide out of my ear when going on a long run. Other than that, the Buds2 Pro are an absolute yes!

An upgrade from my previous Buds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from an older model of galaxy buds, I could say that this is definitely an upgrade. From the noise canceling feature to the matte feel of the case, which avoids it slipping out of my pocket.
I still use this the same way I used my older galaxy buds. For music, calls and meetings. Sound is crisp and people can hear clearly hear me when I talk. Sometimes too cmear that they hear even the slightest sound I make. Like my steps while going down the stairs.
The only drawdown for me is that the case feels bigger or bulkier, because of the square shape. Also, now that I have been using it for months, there are times when the music will be on and off while playing - could be just a software fix. Just like before, I also just use one at a time, especially if I will be on it for a long period of time. This way I still have a soare when one bud rans out of battery.
