Best sound from earbuds yet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound from the Bus3 Pro is astounding. They have the clearest sound I have ever heard from any headphones. The clarity is astounding, I can hear instruments as if I am standing in front of them.
They ate so comfortable I forget I am wearing them. Also battery life is so good I have yet to run them down.

Almost perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using the Buds2 Pro for some months, they were really close on being perfect. Sound wise, they are really good but still, a bit harsh for my liking. In terms of features, Samsung does it again providing a really complete package with IPX7, Voice Detect, etc. ANC improved as well, being better than the previous model. The design is another thing that improved tremendously. Compared with the previous model which was insanely uncomfortable, these new Buds are the opposite, being really comfortable to wear and much better fitting for most ears. This also helps with sound quality and ANC as well. Nonetheless there are some issues still. Battery life could be better, 24bit audio is a gimmick and ambient sound is no longer customizable. Aside from these things, Buds2 Pro do an excellent job and I think they are one of the best options in the market.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I turn on the feature that turns the volume down when detects my voice. It's perfect because I don't have to turn it down or take one off everytime someone talks to me.

Great sound bad battery life and fit

This earbuds do not stay on my ears. Have to constantly clean them so they don't slip off. The battery life is horrible. Have to get them back to charging in less than 4 hrs. Only good thing is the sound.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We would be happy to share some tips on troubleshooting both the fit and battery of your device. With regards to the fit, this device should have come with additional silicone tips in a few additional sizes to help get a tighter fit in your ears. We also have available on our website, foam conform ear tips to help with the material slip you mentioned. With the battery life, you can extend the battery life by adjusting the settings. ANC feature uses more battery life than hear through or off sound features. We have also included a link to the Samsung Support Team if you believe the battery is not functioning as intended.
