I never go without them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these evreyday for work all day long. Anyone i call can hear me great. The sound quality is good no complaints there. The only thing i don't like is that they fall out of your ear offten so I don't take them to the gym. The battery life if good last me almost the whole day!

Better than advertised

Love the sound quality and ear fit

Great sound, some drawbacks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sound quality is great, they are convenient and easy to use, have a lot of features, and perform well and dependably. But there are some annoyances with use that could be deal breakers for some people:
1. The fit is not very secure so they fall out frequently even when you're just seated doing office work.
2. The battery runs out well before the end of the day if you need them in for ongoing use all day, even when noise cancellation is turned off, so you need to have a backup pair of headphones to use during the time it takes them to recharge.
3. The touch sensors are very sensitive and easily triggered by just about anything so they frequently get suddenly paused at random unwanted times when something unexpectedly brushes against them like your hair, arm, shirt, pillow...

Love the buds but,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my buds for music, movies, and TV shows and overall they are great. 2 things that are not great is 1. Poor sound quality compared to other buds at the same price. Same with transparent/ambient background sounds are not as good as other buds for the same price. Overall, I love them.

Disappointed--poor fit makes the Buds unusable

I was really looking forward to my new Buds2 Pro to replace my previous Samsung buds, but I am so disappointed. While the sound quality and noise canceling are very good, I cannot get the Buds to fit comfortably, and they routinely fall out of my ears. I have tried all the different tips and completed the fit test through the app numerous times, but they are simply slightly too bulky for my ear, apparently. At this point, they are unusable, which is disappointing, as I have had countless Samsung mobile and household products for a long time with good results.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
