Battery life sucks

Sounds quality is good. Features are great. Upgrading from Galaxy buds+ and the battery life is horrible. It doesn't even last 4hrs listening to podcasts while I'm working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

They are placed in a small cardboard box inside the packaging for the device. We do also have available foam tips that are compatible with this device on our website that may help you get the best fit possible for your device. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro are a great pair of wireless earbuds that offer excellent sound quality, active noise cancellation, and a comfortable fit. They're also water-resistant and have a long battery life.
The sound quality of the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro is excellent. They have a balanced sound profile that's perfect for a variety of genres. The bass is deep and powerful, the mids are clear and detailed, and the highs are crisp and bright. They also have a wide soundstage, which makes it feel like you're surrounded by sound.
The active noise cancellation on the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro is also excellent. It can block out a wide range of noise, including traffic, wind, and voices. This is great for when you're trying to focus on your music or a podcast, or when you're trying to block out noise in a noisy environment.
The Galaxy Buds 2 Pro are also very comfortable to wear. They have a secure fit that won't fall out of your ears, even when you're moving around. They're also lightweight and have a soft, ergonomic design.

First of all who reads reviews anymore... anyway I purchase these to tune out my coworkers and be able to focus on my work. I usually play some instrumentals really low but I mostly want drown out ringing phones and conversations that I am not a part of, and some that I am supposed to be a part of. The good thing about these is that they are smaller so they don't hurt my ears after wearing them for an hours. I do like some of the new features where you can get a notice after having your head tilted down for to long. and the Sound quality is phenomenal. HOW IN THE EVER, if you are trying to drown out the noise around you. while on the treadmill, or at work or whatever these are not the buds for you... I can hear everything, it may be slightly muffled, but regardless of the setting active noise canceling or in the "off" i hear itall .. strongly considering returning them. if I haven't missed my window of opportunity .

I wanted to love them

I really wanted to love these! The sound is great the problem is they don't stay in my ears and I've tried many different tips. With them constantly trying to fall out you have to push them back in which trigger the touch controls so had to just turn them off. I'm so afraid of losing one that I don't wear them out or to the gym.

A cut above.....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been through many pairs of wireless headphones. None hold a candle to these. The sound that comes out of these tiny things will blow you away. I use mine everyday and get a full 18 hours on full blast and the battery never wavers. My favorite accessory of all time. BRAVO!
