[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I basically use the ear buds to listen to music or watch videos. The ambient mode is awesome. The buds make the sound through the speakers which is cool. BIG upgrade from wired buds.

Only had for a week but love so far. I personally like these better than any of Apple pods. Great sound and live the quick tap feature on actual bud! Highly recommend!

These only come with 1 set of earbud tips, no size options for if you have smaller or bigger ear canals. These will easily fall out of my ears if I'm working out/running or even if I'm eating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

They would have been in a small box inside the packaging. If this is not the case for you, we have provided a link to the Samsung Support Team for further assistance. My Galaxy buds 2pro fit the best out of several earbuds I've tried. The fit is important, that's what makes them sound the best. Others fit but when you move or eat the sound changes all the time.

Hello I just wanted to pass along a awesome story about the buds 2 pro. I accidentally washed them and the charger in the laundry... Everything still works perfectly. I'm amazed and thankful for these tough lil guys!
